Homeowners Request for Architectural Review

All changes to your property must have prior approval from the Architectural Committee.  This includes, but is not limited to, building additions, painting (even if the same color) changes to the existing landscaping areas, sheds, fences, windows, doors, porches, etc.  No work is to be started without prior approval.  The Committee, in accordance with the Maple Valley Covenants, has thirty (30) day to approve the request after receipt.  If you need approval sooner, contact a member of the committee at the phone number listed below.  Thank you for your cooperation.

If your request is disapproved, you may appeal the decision to the Maple Valley Homeowners Board of Directors within ten (10) days of receipt of the disapproval stating the basis of your appeal.
